The 5 Easy Steps For Submitting an Item to CSG:

Fill out the appropriate information on the client information page

Measure each item to be submitted by length, width, and height in inches to determine the overall size. (please remember to add all 3 measurements together) and determine which submission level you would like. Then fill out the appropriate information on the submission chart using the price list.

Determine which shipping method you would like and fill out the appropriate information.(don’t forget to insure your item according to the market value)

Determine which method of payment you would like to use. (please remember if you are using paypal, upon receiving your item, CSG will send you a payment request and once payment is received the process can begin)

Read all terms and conditions and sign the appropriate area to show that you adhere to all requirements.
Please remember to keep a copy of the completed submission form for your records. CSG will contact each client by either calling or emailing you to let you know the we have received your item safely and to confirm that all information is correct to ensure accuracy in the grading, casing, and shipment back to you. Upon completion of the grading and casing process, CSG will once again contact you via telephone or email to update you on the status of your item and give you the tracking number for shipment back to you.
